PACKAGES
 
We have carefully put together collections of activities, which support and enhance children’s understanding of key National Curriculum objectives. This allows you to choose from our range, the service, which meets your needs. However, if you have a particular request, we would be only too happy to consider it.

BASIC
 
All our packages involve a visit from us, with livestock. The animals included may vary from time to time, but will generally include animals from an exotic habitat, like the ones you see below.                                                             
 

We will arrive at the school /centre at a pre- arranged time. A brief introductory talk will be given. The animals will be on display and we will walk amongst the group. Group members will have the opportunity to handle some of the animals.
A concluding talk, with question and answers will be given.
 
The basic package is suitable for all age groups and can be adapted to suit all ability levels. All we require is a room with sufficient space for your group to sit in, a table and enough room for us to be able to walk around the group.
 
If you are a teacher/ educator in a school, we recommend that you book an enhanced package, all of which are specially designed to meet National Curriculum aims. This will allow children to gain maximum benefit from the experience. Each package consists of a carefully constructed set of activities, including games, creative play, craft and/or music to reinforce primary science concepts.

Please note The SCHOOLGROUND SAFARI will involve taking pupils and staff members out of doors. All group members should be suitably dressed for the weather!
